Janey was picked up Animal Control after she'd gotten out of her home and was running down the road. Apparently, her owner didn't have much time for her, because she's quite timid and doesn't seem to have been exposed to a lot of life. But she's very friendly and loving. And, with a stable life now, she's quickly coming out of her shell.
