Bebe is a very active puppy who came from an 85-year-old owner. (He, in turn, had gotten her from a homeless man who had apparently found her one day.) The owner had just begun chemotherapy and realized that he could no longer walk her. She cowered before Animal Control personnel and was probably abused somewhere along the line.
Her rehabilitation, however, has been wonderful. She's happy and energetic and would be a wonderful addition to any home.
