Buddy was found wandering around a neighborhood by Animal Control. When he was brought in, it was discovered that he had heartworm. He was thus placed in Dog Mountain Rescue's care so he could recover. During that time, he was photographed. Soon thereafter, a family approached DMR wanting to adopt him. As soon as his treatment ended, he moved onto a very bright future with his new family.
